Talks Day 3 (single-track Deep Dive Day)
- NOTE On day 3, you have more flexibility on talks and can easily swap out two 25-minute talks for one 45-minute talk or vice versa depending on what talks best fit the spirit of Deep Dive Day.

- NOTE: Running the panel right after lunch makes setup easier, but there is a slight lull after the talk where we need to reset the stage back to a single-speaker format. There's no obligation to have a panel and you can easily replace it with a 45-minute talk if desired.
